We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
Up Keep
Clients should expect nail extensions to gradually
wear-off with time. Extensive exposure to water or
cleaning chemicals increases the likelihood in the
lifting of the nail extensions. We recommend nail
enhancements or refills every 2 -3 weeks. • The
long-wear of nail polish is also dependent on wear &
tear clients should expect it to chip or peel. Regular
polishes may last up to 3 days and Gel Polishes
should be guaranteed up to 2 weeks, however this is
also dependent on the situation.
Product Removal
WE do charge to remove any type of gel, acrylic or nail enhancements takes up the technicians time and product. We understand that we were the ones that put it on but it also takes time to take it off.

Gratuity
Prices do not include gratuities. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Gratuity can be added to credit / debit card payment, cash is always appreciated.
Your Rights
Your stay at our salon is important to us. If you would like to try another nail technician, please let us know. All of our technicians would be glad to accommodate you.
Children:
We love to do children's nails!
Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
However, unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. We use many products that are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin.
Please do NOT let children play on furniture.
Shaving
Please try not to shave 24hrs before you pedicure. When you shave, the razor creates microtears in the skin, which can allow bacteria to be introduced right into the legs. This can cause serious infections.
What Not To Bring:
We suggest that you leave your valuables (i.e. jewelry) at home. Nails & Co. cannot be responsible for damaged personal valuables during services and will not be liable for lost or stolen personal items or valuables. Also please check to make sure that no belongings are left behind.
Sanitation/Sterilization
All of our reusable tools are soaked in a sterilization solution and put into an autoclave then sealed in a sterile pouch. All of our one time use disposable tools either can go home with the client or thrown away. Our pedicure chairs use a new disposable liner after every client.
Satisfaction
You are paying for the artist's time, product and
other expenses used to provide you with a service.
No refund will be given for any reason on services or
products. If you are unhappy with a service, you
may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment
to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to
address your concerns, it will be done with a
complimentary express touch up if it is at the fault
of application or product. Any concerns addressed
after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if you
failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions,
will be charged at full price for the service.
3-Day Polish Guarantee
If your polish chips within 3 days of your service, call and make an appointment to have your polish redone at no cost to you. All we ask is that you call and do the polish change during the 3-day period. No refund is given after it has been rendered.
Payments
We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Amex. Tips can be added to your credit card.
Appointments
We accept both appointments and walk-ins. You can call in advance to put your name down on our “Walk-In Wait List” to secure your place.
Cancellation
If you are unable to make your appointment or are running late, we appreciate a courtesy phone call to let us know.
Ten-Minute Grace Period
Your appointment will be lost 10 minutes after your appointment time. We will consider you a walk-in and give you the next available slot.
Gift Certificates
Nails & Co. gift certificates can be purchased at the Salon or over the phone. We are able to send the gift card thru email or send a text message to cellphones that can receive text messages. Gift Cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift Cards are to be treated as cash, and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.
Private Parties and Special Events
Nails & Co. is available for private parties, special events, and gatherings . Please book two weeks in advance for parties of eight or more, call us for further detail.
Pet Policy
Service dogs are welcome at Nails & Co.
Medical Conditions and Special Needs
When making any appointments, please let us know if you are pregnant, have any health conditions, special needs (e.g. allergies or injuries). This will help customize your service to ensure the highest satisfaction and benefits.
